Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. To delete your BlueHelm account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to services@getbluehelm.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
  3. Include your account email address in the body of the message.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email.

Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed, including your vessel information, maintenance logs, saved locations, and account details. This action cannot be undone.
